Tour Guide Wanted Old fashioned maps (1 Viewer)

Hi. We are planning a trip across France, Italy and on to Croatia later this year.
Can anyone recommend a map that I can lay out on the table and plan a route whilst seeing all, or most, of the area I need - but not including Norway, Russia etc. I just want that slice across Central Europe! Am I seeking the impossible ??

Michelin map of Europe .. what I use ,..but does include Scandinavia

I’ve just put into google “paper maps of Europe” and hundreds came up, loads on Amazon and eBay and there will be some at WH Smith’s….
