hi just got motorhome and I left aux switch and light on leisure battery
flat changed battery still no 12v any advice I can check before have to
take a motorhome electrician

it obviously worked before flattening the battery so should work now.

are you 100% certain the second battery is fully charged and properly connected.

is the aux switch turned back on

Not familiar with your van, but just check all the fuses you can find. (MH manufacturers love hiding a few). and of course check all the switches are on.
Sounds a bit like your battery may not have been flat after all, but check your new one with a meter to make sure that ones not a dud.

Hi,Same happened to me and the control box had lost the earth,a small ammount of electrical wire with two connectors across the contacts,and away it went,but yours sounds like a connection or switch,regards H.::bigsmile:

Normally a fuse next to the battery connections. For some strange reason in five years ours has blown twice resulting in loss of 12v.

hi as I have just bought the motorhome the one thing I was not told
about was switch down at bottom off door cuts all 12v off as you go
out door one of grandkids must have touch it that's my excuse live
and learn plus battery is duff thanks to those that replied
