Looks like a real ‘barn find’
It’s about 1500 to 2000 hours work (min) on a full restoration, plus the time finding all the genuine bits to replace the non-original running gear that needs to be binned

UHM799, or JHM799 does not appear on DVLA Mot check. Perhaps been off the road before more modern log books existed. Number could have been sold on and not used.
Expect some problems getting new V5 although Royal Enfirld Owners Club may be able to help.
Probably worth more stripped for parts.

It's got different numbers front and rear, as 68c says neither appear to be registered with the DVLA. From the condition it must have been laying around for a very long time. This on is only for the very brave !
