Our barriers are down too and the toilet block door has blown shut. This is a fire escape door so requires the key for the other side of the building to re open it.I managed to get to the stadium just before 11.00 the lady in the tour office told me that all the tours had been cancelled today.
There was certainly increased security but the reason for the cancellation was high winds and barricades had blown over, ( I actually observed this at the other side of the stadium).
It was a wet and windy ride home on the bike.
Ps you can use your tour ticket to visit the museum instead, I was told.
