Maxview satellite dome

    Thinking of getting a Maxview dome need it to work on english channels around Alicante Spain are they any good what size would I need.

    If you are hoping to get BBC and ITV around Alicante, you will need a 2.4meter dish.:Eeek:

    oyster system is better,,had one for 8 years never had a prob with it ,but many others with other systems have ie,bad signal or picture ,or the most frequent one setup .

    Maxview is only up the road from me and although I doubt it is still active, when I had an aerial installation company were my main suppliers.. Although a lot of their stuff is built to a price it generally works well and should anything break off are happy to supply all the individual bits of a sat system

    But.,. ( times two )
    As others have said a dome stands no chance down south...
    Even my Oyster struggles below about Salamanca

    and...
    Maxview dome is not a Maxview dome but just a badge job on someone elses..
    Same as 'their' receivers.. They are the same as you get in the £49.00 little kits you get from Aldi's and Liddles. Work well but have no decoder so no card slot if you are thinking of using it for Sky card stuff
