    Hi there.

Can anyone explain to me please, why we have last some FTA channels since moving from Astra 2D to Astra 1N? We can no longer get BBC Radio 1, R2, R3, R4, but can get R5! :Eeek:

Also, ITV Central East, which was subscription only, is now available on FTA!

I thought that everything would be the same when transferring from 2D to 1N. Obviously not, eh?

    Cheers,

    Jock.

I can't believe that there wasn't one reply. :Eeek:

All sorted now, with the change of an LNB frequency and a more thorough search of 117 transponders, which picked up the radio channels required (and more) on Astra 2b as well as Astra 1N.

So, we've gone from 439 TV channels to 748 (including scrambled ones), and from 49 radio channels to 157.

    Regards,

    Jock.

    Thanks.

I still couldn't pick up Gold Radio, so with the help of someone in the know, I identified the transponder, No 91 (12.523V), changed the LNB frequency, and did another scan. Even more programmes came up on the listings, including our favourite commercial radio station.

    Cheers for now,

    Jock.
