Hi there, have just subscribed to Fun. Been reading for some time now and enjoying the site.

We are both in our 60s, Denise has retired already and I retire in just over 18 months - can't wait!

We live fairly close to the ports and really looking forward to the time when we can just get up and say "Let's go to France" and go.

Thanks for all the welcomes. Luckily we're off to France Friday evening for just over 3 weeks.

Not decided where we're going yet but just booked the Tunnel (using Tesco Vouchers!).

Hi Denise and Joe welcome to fun, we met you at Watering Bury last year our last motorhome was a eura mobil. We now have a panel van and caravan in Spain. I see your off to France this weekend or we might have seen you again. We will be there for the weekend then catch the train on Sunday night and heading to Portugal before over wintering in Spain.
