Well, what can I say about the experience ?!!! Absolutely fantastic !!
We arrived gone 2200 hrs last night as hubby delayed at work, pitch number on board, pitch fantastic. Showers next, incredible and spotless washing areas. Woke this morning to belting sunshine and a very pretty site, had brekky on picnic table provided next to pitch, saved us messing about getting table out. Had complimentary coffee, again saved us getting kettle, water etc. Given a pre-work chat by Ashley, who then kindly drove us into Taunton to spend a few hours. He was so friendly and chatty.

Spent hours in Taunton, park recommended by funster was fantastic and we loved the whole place. Had a french lunch, (nearly 2 hours :D ), in Mambo's. Fab nosh and highly recommended. Got back by taxi, just £6 !! Jumbo was ready and we had a detailed talk thro the Growler system and the non-start/tracking system.

I can't believe the workmanship to be honest ! Where we left plain, plastic dashboard areas, new buttons with leds were neatly installed as if they'd been there forever. Internal and external leds were of the same finish. Really really really pleased.

Only downside was having a quick minute chat with Eddie without realising who he was, then later missing out on meeting him properly cos he was with other customers and we didn't want to interrupt. Throw in the fact that the camp site is complimentary and you have a 5* service that we would recommend to anyone and will do so. Don't change a thing !!

Thank you so much, don't know how to tag eddie in this but hopefully he'll read it. :hi5: Anyone who is thinking about having this and wondering if it's too much trouble, it cldn't have been made easier for us. Parked up safely at home now and will sleep peacefully tonight, knowing Jumbo is as well protected as it's possible to be !! :h: :cooler:

@snowdrops sounds like you are pleased with the service at Vanbitz as are most if not all that use their services, in a market that seem to get it wrong far too often it is good to hear that some people get it right time and time again, well done Vanbitz.

Snowdrops, if you want to tag somebody in your post just type the @ and the start typing the name straight away without a space when you see them come up on the options click the one you want and you will be sorted.

I love a good VanBitz story, they sorted our air conditioning, solar and an inverter for us, and in the process fixed the leaky roof. Absolutely brilliant place :D

We already had an AC unit, but it was quite old. This new one is much smaller and lighter, it is much less noisy than the last unit, and because of the inverter, we can run it while we are driving :D

Most of the work was external so don't think they'll mind a few bits here and there :)
