ITV X just crap (1 Viewer)

I found ITVx works ok for me on the actual programs , it’s the ads that don’t play correctly and I don’t care about them.

ITVX worked for me when we were away with UK sim. But it eats data as it wants to be in high quality.

We are watching it without issues in Germany, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia.

With a UK SIM (in EU) we don't need VPN. In Serbia/Bosnia we are using a local SIM with surfshark VPN and it works fine. Even better you don't get any adverts!!

Watching on a laptop not using a Firestick. Maybe the Firestick app is the problem?

Been on ITVX again tonight in Germany still working fine.

I’ve had no problem getting ITVX on Firestick. The only problem I have had is the amount of data it uses up.

We have hated ITVX for a considerable period. Only used to use it home but the buffering was awful.

SOmeone suggested earlier in the thread uninstalling and reuploading

So we tried it and we have watched 3 episodes of something to do with the Yorkshire Ripper and only had 2 slight bufferings. We may use it again

Just back from France…. Has worked perfectly well watching the

Been in Germany 3 weeks working fine with either my sim ID mobile on 3 or wife's Virgin sim on 02.
You don't need a VPN with a UK sim.
I'm using a Android TV box.

I noticed you didn't mention RWG!
