the n/side fog light on my hymer E690 has fallen apart where would I be able to get another one. is it a fiat or a hymer part

Probably a Hella unit. Can you get it out and look for any markings or serial number?

Looks like ours so as Philip says most likely Hella, get the numbers off it and find it online.

Assuming your E690 is a late 90s model with twin headlamps, it probably uses the same lights as the later 1999-2005 B class and Star-Lines. In which case it is a Hella Insert Foglight that takes an H3 halogen bulb. The trouble is, there are loads of them in the Hella catalogue so I think you need to get a model number.
