Humidity = Toilet requirements? (1 Viewer)

I am of the age where I need to have a pee through night.
We have been in NW Spain for about 4 weeks now and the need has increased which I put down to the amount of falling down water consumed but we have also noticed that there has been very high humidity in excess of 80%.
Yesterday we travelled on to Kiko Park and noticed that the humidity was down to 42% and I slept right through the night!! Coincidence??
Any theories

Caffeine, beer, stuff like that are diaretics, so your body is going to eliminate more fluid if you drink anything like that after 6 ish in the evening!

Do you sweat more when the humidity's lower? (I've barely travelled so dunno)

It's called 'insensible loss'. Fluid lost from the body unnoticeably. Sweat is very dependent upon the surroundings such as temperature and humidity. Because of this the amount of urine produced will be affected.

That was my thinking too, you're probably sweating out the amount you're not peeing. Also be losing more on breathing out when it's less humid I think

I find if I have a seat for the last visit of the night I'm far more likely to make it through the night undisturbed. Not sure whether it's angles and relaxing more or just ensuring I have not rushed it

At least your trips to the loo will be in the warm, we've just seen the first snow on the fells and folks at Nenthead are having to dig their cars out this morning, so keep enjoying the sun Barry.

I have tried this however it ended badly ,up in the middle of the night pee in the wardrobe then went to the bathroom climbed into the bath and went to sleep.
