Help Awning Won't Wind In (1 Viewer)

Hi all can you help? I have a 2014 Autotrail and the awning won't wind in all the way at one end. Anyone had the same problem.

Take the end cap off, you'll see a nut, can't remember if you wind it clockwise or anti clockwise to even things up, only a 10 minute job.

only noticed the other day that mine was not tight against the casing at one end and thought that strange never used to be like that.
it was the screw adjuster on the leg fouling the housing - turned it a bit and now all ok

We had the same thing on our 2012 Tracker after a big storm in the Black Forest.

The frame on mine was slightly distorted. I run it out about half way, worked out which way it was leaning. Put the leg out on the low side and applied a bit of persuasion to the high end.

It works a treat now
