I don't know anything about hiring out an ARV in Europe, however, welcome to the forum.

I hope that someone more informed will be along shortly to point you in the right direction.

What I can tell you, is that in many camp sites in Europe, ARVs are not accommodated, whereas European MHs are. This is due to size/length.
