Road bike for sale. Much used but very well cared for Giant TCR, size small. It has had many upgrades over the years and now sports a full Ultegra groups set. In fact just about the only original thing is the frame and seat post. £350 for this bike, which originally cost over £1,000.

Yes they are mud guards, no it is aluminum, all the original TCRs were. Yes it would make an ideal winter bike, but also a summer bike as the mud guards just clip off. Me and this bike have covered some serious miles over the years. Because of the compact frame it climbs well too.

I wouldn't sell it but I have another TCR in storage, which I might ride again one day.

The saddle is surprisingly comfortable and made for women, mind you I have done a good job of breaking it in, it's now perfect.

On a road bike small saddles like that are far more comfortable than those bloody stupid horrible Brooks things.

I've done thousands of miles on my Brooks B17 and 200 miles+ within 24 hours. Its fantastic. But I guess it depends on your backside and what kind of riding you are doing.

Audax Uk member? 214 miles in 12 hours is pretty good going. The 24hr TT record is 556. I've never been that fast.

No CTT and 214 was more than the standard for my age whilst Kevin Dawson would do 295
