Geminid meteor shower

    All this week you may be able to see the Geminid Meteor shower which will peak on Saturday night. If you have clear skies these are really worth a look...

    They are named after the point in the sky where they appear to come from but in reality you can see them directly overhead or off to the side. The problem for me is they don't peak until the wee small hours - long past my bedtime!
