How old are these please ? What other pipes would I need for a full install?

One is about 12months old other six months come with high pressure pipe to your regulator you will the filler unit and a pipe from there

And do the bottles come with the contents gauge attached ?

Yes a gauge is included one bottle is almost full other perhaps half full
