The nut on the hose to rupture device has a left hand thread, see the indent on the flats of the nut. So ts not a standard w20 right hand thread both ends.
Not sure that I understand, plain rubber pipe readily available in 8mm & 10mm but you can't replace those without the fitted ends, they are high pressure connections.
So what you are trying to do is replace the hoses with longer ones and use the existing anti-rupture valves.
Doesn't look like you can just buy the hoses as you found out. Only other option would be to buy some ferrules and a ferrule tool which will probably cost as much as the complete hoses.

both ends of rubber hose are normal thread only brass rupture part that attactes to gas bottle left hand thread.
I still think the nut between hose and rupture device will be a left hand thread. Generally all left hand thread nuts have a groove in between the flats on each "corner" to identify them as left hand thread. In your picture there is that mark so I assume, yes dangerous to assume, that they are left hand thread.
I have same on my van but its in storage so unable to physically check right now.
They are Truma hoses, the connection to the rupture valve is (I'm fairly certain) a left hand thread. If you'd like to email us ( jackie@davenewell.co.uk ) in the morning we can get a price for you.
