Just joined the community after getting what I think is a sweet deal on a Peugeot van conversion. Totally new to the world of campervans, but eager to learn the ropes (and maybe share some baked goods along the way!). Looking forward to soaking up all the knowledge and contributing however I can. I spent 2 years on the forum on a steep learning curve before jumping in with both feet and spending our life savings on our first (and only) van. There's a saying on here that most don't get the right van for them until their 3rd van! We were fortunate to get the right van for us first time!
Because....
There are so many funsters with so many years experience who are willing and happy to share that knowledge with newbies and there's no such thing as a silly question. Use the search facility and if you can't find the answer don't be afraid to ask Best ÂŁ20 you'll spend this year

We are vanless at the moment but have owned 4 vans in the past - each was ideal for our needs at the time we owned them.
I have to admit to missing our old Hymer more than any of the others, we had to sell due to a house move and having nowhere to keep her.
