France trip over already (1 Viewer)

Left home 9am off for a month nice run no traffic making good time to the tunnel. On the M25 when BANG gearbox caput. Crept off at the Dorking exit and decided to try and limp home. Just arrived emptied van spoke to garage be at least a fortnight.
So thats that summers over, been a crap year and no signs of improving.
Going back to work I think.

just come back to find out what happened yesterday, there are some positives

at least you could limp home

as Jim says better in UK than abroad

That is rotton timing but it will be fixed you will get it back on the road, fingers crossed it's not to long, can't be that bad you'd go back to work. You've got to much enjoying your selves to do yet.

Have you seen the thread Rain in France, if it had to happen perhaps it stopped you getting wet.
