Ford transit - Custom or Jumbo ? (1 Viewer)

We have just bought a new rollerteam 690 and when driving it back noticed how wide the wing mirrors are and how inconsiderate on coming traffic is. So the solution is either to give the van back or buy some wing mirror protectors. Ebay was the choice of internet shopping and £115 was the only price available. Contacted him to ensure they will fit the motor and he asked "Is your vehicle a Jumbo or a Custom". My log book does say TFCD which could be Transit Ford Custom Diesel ? but my handbook doesnt say anything in English but quite a bit in Italian. Does anybody have any knowledge of Custom V Jumbo

From what I can tell the Jumbo is the older model (Mk 7?) and the Custom is the new one. Best thing would be to send him a photo of yours to be safe and also ask the question if they are the genuine ones produced by Mirrorguard themselves or a copy!

Jumbo is the XLWB model. Mine is 6.5m long.

Shock horror, photos sent off and it is a Jumbo. Its the 2017 Rollerteam 690. The manufacturers are still making the window protectors
