About to head out to the Lakes for our first winter trip in our MH, weather looks OK and the roads seem OK. Looking forward to a nice weekend.

As a newbie, we've only done 3 trips and all of them have been in the last few weeks, so it'll be strange to have our first non-winter trip next year! :)

    Enjoy the lakes.

I don't .. unless it has a purpose, like skiing ... otherwise, not for me.

Had enough of sitting in wet muddy fields watching the rain when we were full time.

    have fun

Just got back, it was brilliant, had a cracking walk in Tibberthwaite valley with a mate and his missus who live in the lakes, great beer and a good meal at the Church House Inn (stayed on the CL there). Warm as toast and very comfy.:thumb::thumb:
