Fiamma bike rack (1 Viewer)

Just trying to fit my bikes for the first time On this video the head of the grab for the bike frame rotates to the angle of the bike frame to make a better fit.I cannot make mine rotate is there a technique?
Also on the video the two grab bars on different hight cross members. Mine has come with them both on the same? Which is correct?
Any help or advice appreciated

We have had Fiamma bike racks in the past with slightly different grabs but still with the revolving heads ... I have always found these tight to turn but they certainly will with a little extra effort.

Its standard that they are tight just use a bit of force and they will rotate to correct position
