Can anyone advise me the best ones to get for our Hymer 654? Just about to head off to the snow. Any advice appreciated.

Genuine Hymer ones, ours worked out cheaper than after market ones and they are very good, you can unzip the side panel and open the drivers door without taking them off. Only minor disadvantage is a tiny bit of wind noise when driving from the rails they fit it, only notice it on the odd occasion, offset buy the fact that you don't have to mess about trapping ends of blinds in doors and windows. They really are a much better solution.

Contact some German dealers and pick some up on the way, you will need a screwdriver and some sealant (dealer will have it) to fit the rails.

I brought mine when I brought my van in Belgium, I know Belgium dealer does not stock them. Have a look on the Hymer site at the dealer list and email a few, they are about the same price, in Euro as pounds in UK.

Silver Screens at Cleckheaton do great A Class screens. Just got for Burstner Aviano and the fit is superb. No bars or brackets just quality fit.
    Cheers

Problem with all the after market ones is they rely on trapping the ends in the doors & windows and in the past there have been quite a few reports of water getting in via window & cab door, also you can not open the cab door and they are more expensive, so you pay more for an inferior product.

The Hymer ones have an awning type channel around the top of the door/window that you slide the side parts in zip them up put the front on and zip together, very easy & quick to fit.

The price looks right in @peterc10 link, do check they are original Hymer, for the Exsis when I bought mine they were €325 (a bit smaller than a B Class)I got a 10% discount & pound at 1.26 cost me £248, after market ones were £325.

Just braved the cold for a couple of photos.

Can't dispute what lenny says although that's not the case with mine. ..my pal with a frankia paid 1500 for his frankia ones though.
But you did ask what's the best not the cheapest

We've got a set from Silver Screens. Fit perfectly and do what they're meant to do. Not really much more you can say.
