I have a 2007 Nov (new shape ) Citroen Relay conversion .Is it euro 4 as GOV rules state "euro 4 1/3/2003--31 /12/2006 andeuro 5 1/1/2009---31/12/2010 "mines in between those dates?

This can be a grey area due to the gap between build date & registration date, I had an April 2005 plate registered Mondeo & that was Euro 3,our September 2010 Moho is Euro 4 . . . for a definitive answer I'd suggest a visit to your local Citroen stealer. :)

Isn't there a website you can check if your van in considered LEZ compliant... ?

This is it - doesn't say if you're Euro 3 or 4 though

What would be the answer if confronted by the authorities on the Euro rating as its obviously Euro 4 as it is same spec as other Euro 4"s (31/12/2006 on)

Also depends on when it was built, it may have sat around before it was converted. :D Bob

The van is Nov 2007 (57 reg) and I converted it in 2014.

I was thinking more on say a class where the chassis has been made long before the body has been built and stood before it was registered.
We have a 2012 van conversion and thats euro 5 engine.
Yours probably euro 4, maybe contact a Citroen dealer with the engine number and they should be able to tell you what was fitted. :D Bob.
