Some EuraMobil owners may already be aware but I have had an Email from Notts County Campers that they are official EuraMobil parts etc importers and repair specialists have been to the EM factory for training etc.
I did not know this and post this for information of EM owners. In the past some have experienced difficulty in getting parts/repairs as EM were not well represented in the UK
The e mail was very helpful so hopefully EM will be better represented in the UK
I have no connection with them and just post this for information
Have a look at their website if interested which does explain all
    www.nottscountycampers.co.uk
(This may be old news to some but as usual I am half a scat behind)

Although we no longer have a Eura Mobil, and in the four and a half years we had ours, the only thing we needed, was a few plastic bits when we first got it, and a control panel after 4 years, but I would recommend you visit the factory if in Germany, or plan your trip around it.

You can stay free, what ever motorhome you have, including electric water and dump, and every day at about 10 o' clock they do a factory tour, tell them your english and they speak it too, then at the end of the tour they give you tea / coffee / rolls and cake, and if you need any parts you can buy them or pre book for them to do work, the plastic bits we needed I was taken round the stores, picking these bit up and no charge, just a thank you for buying a Eura Mobil. :thumb:

Don't think we get the same treatment with our Rapido. :Eeek::Rofl1: Bob.

Thanks for that information, I may well be tempted to do that now that you have explained how accommodating they are. Perhaps it is a business that still values customers even after they have got your money unlike some.
    Thanks, Dave

You never know Bob & Jane - Ive heard that Anthony Pfaff based at the Rapido Mayenne HQ is very obliging and helpful. :thumb:

When we had a Rapido I couldn't get a part for the shower, which broke whilst we were in France without ordering it and waiting 2 weeks. Ironically, when we got home I got it off the shelf from of all places Brownhills at Newark. :Eeek:
