We have a Truma CP Plus control panel in our 2021 Globecar Roadscout.

The manual says that Mixed and Electric energy types are only available with heaters that have an electric heating element. How do I know if we have one of those?

Also, assuming we do, how do we know whether to choose Electric 1 (900w) or Electric 2 (1800w)?

Thanks.

A few years.
On hook up select electric if you have no error on the screen you have electric elements. 1 or 2 depends on power supply. Some one with electrickery speak will explain that better than me.

I can select both Elec 1 and Elec 2 without an error message so I guess we do have an electric element. Thanks.

We are on hook up at the moment, which is labelled 16 amps. At 230 volts, that is 3,680 watts. I presume that means we could select Electric 2, which the manual says is 1,800 watts.

Can't remember ;)
Yes šŸ‘ but be careful if you plug in an electric kettle as it may trip your connection. Then you will have to reset at the ā€œpostā€ or go to campsite owneršŸ˜‰
