Andy Strangway has pulled out of the Lincolnshire Overnight Parking campaign

Quote: My fellow campaigners and myself are unable and unwilling to be involved any further in the defendants case, and indeed the whole campaign, due to the defendants decision to pursue a different approach.

    I will:
Close the Andy Strangeway Overnight Parking site with immediate effect.
Close the Lincolnshire Overnight Parking site with immediate effect.
Close the ASOP Facebook page on Monday Evening.
Close the MAD Facebook page on Monday Evening.
Refund all monies donated for defendants appeal.
Send the defendant a cheque for £240 (£320 - tax) which is money donated for the defendants defence.
We wish the defendant our best wishes for their appeal.

    Kindest Regards,

    Andy Strangeway

If he hadn't started in the first place the public purse would not have been put under such strain.

Never heard of the bloke but found his website. He needs to get out a bit more. Life is for living. :) Imagine having him for a neighbour!:eek::eek:

I couldn't have him as a neighbour. The next batches of letters he writes would start off.

    Dear council and police.

    My neighbour..................
