Think it's probably a cross of tufted duck and some other there are lots of variants.

I'm with khizzle on this one, we have loads of variations on the duck theme round here, they come in all colours shapes and sizes, hienz 57.

That's interesting, I first thought Blue Swedish then got a link to Black, but your link says this is just an unstable blue! Love that! but the 'splashed' description clinches it I think.
So these 3 appear to be 'rejects' and were maybe thrown out of a show breeder's flock?
