Fellow motorhomers
Does anyone know if you can overnight in or near Dover.

We arrive about 02.00 on the 27/12/12
And just need a few hours before leaving about 08.00

Thanks

Since May 05 (Ex Tuggers).
New Dover Rd Park & Ride, Canterbury. Just make sure you arrive before 19.30hrs, Mon - Sat. Closed for entry on Sundays, but not for departures.

They have MH specific bays with facilities for emptying and replenishing, and only forty minutes from Dover...............and a nice pub/restaurant at the entrance. :thumb:
All for only £2.50 per 24 hrs. Oh yes, and it's quiet and very safe. :thumb:

Cheers,

Jock.

just follow the signs for the ferry and you can park for free overnight on he sea front (after 6pm) if you get there early enough you can get a nice meal and a beer in the Best Weston Hotel. Best of all it takes about 2 minutes to get to the ferry port next morning. Have a good trip::bigsmile:

Absolutely Marine Parade every time - free between 6pm and 8am - police patrol regularly and never any trouble - in sight of ferries and good food at the pub/lodge at the docks end of the road

Can't go wrong there, and as some have said, only 2 mins from the docks...
