Possibly collecting our "new" MH on Friday (as long as dealer sticks to the offer he made for our old one?!)

We need a dome fitted asap with Christmas looming etc. We are travelling to and from S Wales to Nottingham. Have googled so much in the last few days that I am googlised so can somebody help with suggesting a good dealer enroute who could fit said done?!! ::bigsmile:
We don't mind a detour!!

Thanks ya'll! :thumb: Ana x

Bear in mind that domes are normally glued to the roof with Sikaflex and you will need to stop for 24 hours in order for it to set before moving on. At this time of year, I would not try and short-cut the drying time.
If you can fit this in, then Roadpro at Daventry is an option, or Mark (Central Leisure Services) will come to you and fit outdoors. Or a detour home via Telford would take you to Dave Newell who has a large workshop and there is a campsite close nearby where you can stop the night. (The aforementioned fit Roadpro domes - previously badged as Camos.) If you want a KVH dome, Conrad Anderson in Birmingham fit them.
There must be several others, but these are the ones that come to mind.

Check funster discounts - Mark and Dave certainly offer them, Roadpro may.

Dave Newell fitted a, then Camos, dome to our MH a couple of years ago - good job and good product.

Yes, Dave Newell for the fit and they will book you into the local camp site,(seven george I think) which is just down the road.

There is also a good local bus service into Telford, if you wanted a little retain therapy, while the work is being carried out.

A thought, pay the extra and get the feet for the camos dome if you go for that one, if you swap vans its a simple job of undoing four nuts and the dome can be removed, ours was swapped from our first van ( without feet fitted) and the roof covering was ruined in that spot they had to put an alloy square patch over the damage not nice for the next owner, it was fitted on our new van the same way before i knew about the feet option so if i were to do it again the next one would have the feet fitted regards Gray.

May be a little bit out of your way but Van Bitz at Taunton fitted our dome and they also give you a free night on their campsite next door to the workshop
They will take you into Taunton whilst the job is being done. :thumb:
