Hi, perhaps this has been asked before but, are there any restrictions as how dogs travel in a motorhome, both in the UK and Europe.

Not long enough!
I'm not sure, but I have a harness that attaches to the seat belt so she can sit on the front seat or a bag that goes behind the drivers seat and the sofa on the floor.

Ours sits on bench seat behind drivers seat, we've had no problems with him he even saved us when we went through Bradford couple months ago, some lads looked like they were going to cause trouble when we were stopped at lights and he started barking at them as they approached van, he's not vicious but he can guard the van very well for us, they backed off thankfully.
Wouldn't travel without one.
