    Hi all,
Does anyone know when Christmas begins please?
l am wondering, because my wife has been shopping for weeks now, and we have enough food and goodies to feed a small country.
Now, when l attempt to open the Pringles, "STOP"! she shouts, "They are for Christmas". This is repeated if l attempt to open a bottle of whiskey, brush shoulders with the peanuts, or come into close contact with anything exotic that we don't usually have.
Do l have to wait until starters orders, and then eat and drink all and sundry in one day?
We also are beginning to resemble a micro brewery, which, of course, cannot be used "until Christmas", "in case someone comes round". Which goes without saying, no one does cos they are stuffed with all their food and drink. And if someone should venture round, l could bet diamonds that they won't have a drink because they are driving!
So, l have got a mountain of food, and a lake of alcohol to get through, "at Christmas"! When does it begin?
    Craig.

    You too !

What we need is a Men Only meet starting 1st Dec and ending when the booze runs out.

Now the site is one hell of a difficult one.

Most NOT hit "why aren't you taking me ?".

And on the other hand must not hit "I may as well stay at home drooling over a mountain of food and drink".

Too late for this year, we need to set up a committee in Jan.

You should follow our lead, we dont buy in any extra because we cant possibly eat or drink anymore than we usually buy. If we bought tins of chocs, nuts, bikkies, cases of wine or beer the lot wouldnt even see Christmas as we have no will power. I got bought two lots of chocs last week from customers, they never even saw under the Xmas tree :shout:. MIL is taking us out on Christmas Day for dinner this year, as we are having lots of building work done in the house, including a new kitchen so another excuse for not buying extra is we aint got the space to put it. Oh and Christmas starts on the 25th and you will have 12 days in which to devour all your extras', up until now I didnt realise why they had 12 days of Xmas , silly me.

    Enjoy

Christmas booze can reasonably be started on from 01 December.
Tell management it's a training exercise for New Year.

If it works for anyone let me know, I'll try it meself.

    Merry Xmas :beerchug:
