Good going! What length pool are you swimming in?

Cheers

A few years.
I mostly swim in a 17 meter pool that I can walk to, it is often empty, and I have my counters sat in the jacuzzi, a group of taxi drivers avoiding the morning school run. Fits with my diabetes regime, swim then breakfast/drugs. Would much prefer a bigger one, however most have day time use and limited time slots.

Both my wife and myself have type 2, hers around 40 when her pancreas sort of shut down due to Lupus. me around 50 and I may have had problems long before then. My job involved long distance driving so skipped breakfast and had a big fry up as a brunch before a days worked wherever that may be. My advice to everyone is not to skip breakfast, 2 consultants say that was my problem and not helped with me being over weight.

Let's help them fine a cure for the children's sake, sponsor me, don't forget Gift Aid.
