Just to let you all know ......
£50 discount on 4 Michelin tyres before 22nd November.

Does this sound a good deal please ? -
4 Michelin Agilis Camping tyres 215/70R 15C fitted, balanced, incl. VAT
    = £362.32

I asked him about the age of the tyres (having learnt this from the forum) and he said they wouldn't be older than six months. He said in 14 years nobody had ever asked about the DOT date before.

Just be aware that not all Costco have room to accommodate motor homes, best ring first

    Thank you @Techno100.
@FJmike good thought, we were actually there and asked him.
Tread on our current Michelins is fine, it's the cracking on the sides we're not too happy with, advisory on MOT. Won't be able to use MH till March approx but don't want to miss a possibly good deal.

I have been using Costco Michelin tyres for years. Good ride long lasting and a great price. They will inflate them with Nitrogen instead of compressed air to. Good enough for black cabs it's good enough for buttons.(y)

At that price I would go for it, even if you don't use the van for a few months you will be quids in and come March you will probably struggle to find the tyres let alone at a good price

I will be getting my tyres from Europe from now on as they are really a lot cheaper last one I bought were sent from Poland direct to my door. I bought a tyre changer post for £39 from ebay and that makes it easier than levers to fit them Not balanced but it doesn't make much difference on that size tyre.

I recently bought one from Black circles fitted and balanced £119 so that sounds a good deal

It's that 22% that makes all the difference.(y)

I really can't see that 100% Nitrogen inflation makes any difference on any normal road vehicle, except the slightly lower loss of pressure through the carcass over time.

I certainly would not pay the extra that the fitters charge.

Costco do not isolate the price of inflation  The price per tyre is all inclusive.
    So don't expect a 22% discount

If you've got a log splitter you can modify it to press sidewalls off rim .(y)

You could always ask if they would be willing to sell you the tyres with a credit note for fitting at a future date, saves them being fitted and not used.

    Just a thought (y)

Never thought of that one, I have a diesel powered 20 tonner, for the woodland, would that break the bead or cut the tyre in half, whatever it would be off the rim.
