Why can't I download the table of tyre pressures from Continental?

I couldn't find where to download it from their website, so I sent an email to Administrator.Technical@conti.de with details of my tyres, and they responded with the table that I uploaded.

Why can't I download the table of tyre pressures from Continental?

Are you logged-in? I have just clicked on "Download" and it worked for me.
