Steve I think you might find Simon and Sarah RVOC and Funster with an RV work at Chertsey, remove your fun sticker or you will not have any beer or food left, they also like a BBQ.:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Send our love, we will have to call in sometime. (y) Bob and Jane.

I drive past there every day on the M3 as I head into London.

Simon and Sarah are great wardens and all-round nice folk.

Nice place to be stuck for 3 weeks.

We might be there towards the end of July.

Daughter is finishing school, son is down for a holiday, and Thorpe Park keeps cropping up in conversation.

The garage opposite the site entrance is handy for emergency, late night alcohol purchasing.

    Watch the busy road though.:D

I can recommend a very good Indian Restaurant in Chertsey - http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUs...rtsey_Restaurant-Chertsey_Surrey_England.html

Unimaginative name but good food and pleasant staff when I went in January.

Yesterday while away from my van the site was hit by a storm, wind, rain thunder & lightning, the lot and I had left all the windows open as its been so hot. Well the camp manager was good enough to shut all he could but the roof vents were open letting my bed get wet and a carpet but nothing too bad, so well done that man. Some others were not so lucky having roof vent wide open and awing's getting damaged.
