Where is the cheapest country in Europe to buy a new motorhome?
I am bored and skiving at work at the moment and was looking on ebay and say this advert http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HYMER-TRA...mpers_Caravans_Motorhomes&hash=item27df1f2f3e

I bought my first new car from Germany (Even though I picked in up from Weston super mud) and the rules then were that it had to be kept outside of the UK for 6 months+ and then I could not sell it in the UK for a year once I brought it back to the UK, otherwise I would have to payback the saving I made buying in Germany in the first place.

Thinking ahead a few years I am thinking I might buy abroad and wander around for 6 months or so and then come back.

Has anyone done this? What are the pros and Cons?

    Thanks in advance.

One of the great advantages of the EU is that you can buy just about anywhere you like within its boundaries with no financial penalties. Dip your bread :thumb:.
