- Not long enough, but a little common sense helps..........
Well we came down to Cornwall on Monday and found this place:
http://www.porthtowantouristpark.co.uk/
The owners are friendly and helpful, the site is the cleanest we have seen in our short MH life. The showers, toilet and washing areas are so clean you could eat your tea from the floor. There is a disabled area (called the family room) with full shower/wash area/toilet and ramp access.
The chemical toilet areas are equally as clean. The whole place is a credit to the owners.
There is a games room and a fully stocked information area for things to do locally.
They have a shop open twice a day, which has the basic things you might run out off and I'm sure if they did not stock it they would get it for you.. The main gate is locked at night and it is nice and quiet at day/night.
We used our ACSI card and works out to £10.50 a night including hook up. The pitch is huge 8 metres to play with and the Wifi is the fastest I have seen on any site to date (cost £12.00 for 7 days)
The idea was to stay until Sunday, but we have decided to stay until end of next week as it is so nice.
Will post some photo's tomorrow as the web site, whilst good, does not do this location justice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
