Many campsite owners will be forced to increase their pitch fees due to changes in VAT, says accountants and business advisers James Cowper.
James Cowpers said that "the price rises will be inevitable when a series of concessions in respect of VAT come to an end on 1 January 2012."

Efforts were made last December by HM Revenue and Customs to communicate a 12-month period of notice to UK site owners and caravanners before the new rules apply.
