I have a outside BBQ point with hose that fits one end to the motorhome and the other to the cadac. Do I need a regulator as well?.

Mickey.

If the external BBQ point has been installed properly then no. The motorhome's existing regulator is perfectly adequate.

If it hasn't been installed properly and is tapped off between the bottles and the van regulator then yes.

I have a cadac that is rated as 28 bar. but the only regulator that I can get is 37 bar. To be used with a lightweight bottle away from the motorhome. Is this okay to use?

Thanking in anticipation

@NickNic , it's a new motorhome so should be connected ok. I've had gas it's bottles installed , would that make any difference?.

Mickey.

No you should be fine.

It's easy to check though. Open your gas locker and look at the connection from the bottle to the regulator. It should be a straight point to point connection with no tees or branches.
