Bad luck for one motorhomer...... (1 Viewer)

One poor motorhomer was disturbed by a loud bang last night, as a drunk driver slammed into the back of their parked motorhome, shoving it into a car in front.
I had to get help to raise it before winching the car out. to me, due to the age of the van, I suspect a write off, but the owner is hopefull of still being able to go travelling soon........best of luck.......Oh, and the car that hit it is totalled, for sure!

We had a Portuguese artic hit us up the back while we were asleep - it was on a truck stop in Spain. Scares the sh**t out of you - thankfully only bent our step a little.

They will cover third party risks only, so, yes, they will pay out, but not his own vehicle even if comprehensive.

Thanks for that, at least the MH owner will get something. Serves the driver right it could be a very hard lesson if the totalled car is on HP
