Bought my VW transporter only weeks ago,highly pleased with it,took it to Croyden for a little run and yesterday got a nice little letter from TFL informing me that my Hobby car is NOT LEZ compliant and if I stray into the zone again it will cost me £100 a day, I live only 10 miles outside the zone.
Gloom and despondancy.........

Thanks for yr reply mitzmad,I was a little surprised as well, because I have seen others within the zone, it may be because on the Reg Doc no "revenue" weight is given so they have assumed that gross unladen weight is over 2500k, the onlyReference to weight is given on a plate on the door frame and that reads MLW ( maximum loaded weight? )=2590K, I gotta get to a weigh bridge. Would be interested in hearing anybody elses views....thx for the welcomes everybody
