    Morning All,

I have an original awning in the side of my RV that really needs a new cover.

    Something a bit brighter.

A new complete awning just wouldn't look right.

Does anyone know anywhere who stocks material and makes up awning covers to spec please?

    Regards Steve.

My thoughts on that would be to try Duncan at Star Spangled Spanner or Linda at Stateside for starters then if they cannot offer what you are looking for I would look to one of the specialist firms that do shop blinds - they are bespoke for each shop so should be able to sort you out but how the weight would work out I dont know

After mine was ripped off on the M6 I ordered a new one from Linda at Stateside .. came complete with new poly cords which are required to hold it in the roller and roof rail channels

IIRC it was about £125 for a 20ft awning

may be a good idea to also order a roller strap .. about £35
having an awning unfurl at 60mph is not good for the heart ... :Eeek:

Mine was recovered by the previous owner at Omnistor in Belgium.
There was a reciept in the RV when I bought it and I think for a bespoke cover it was about 160 Euros. There was some paperwork with it sugesting that he had contact with them before and had it fitted on route to Germany.

    Brilliant Guys.....

So it's not too expensive then....:thumb:

I'd love to get it recovered as Grey at the moment and was used as Honda Racing team "garage":Rofl1:

    Cheers for the replies.

Then comes the sides and front.

    Steve.
