As it's not thugs in NI rioting for a change  ......I went out shopping...

Had bought a 1996 Compass Commodore, but without going into it, things didn't work out to well and after two weeks of waiting ended up not getting it.

But today I just bought a 2005 Lunar Champ (one with the garage), pick it up Thursday week, can't wait!!!!

It's a bit bigger than I wanted but when I drove it couldn't feel the difference.

Thursday week is going to be a long time coming!

Will do! seems like I have been waiting ages now, after the let down with the other one and looking for so long for the right one before that, I can't wait now to finally get it home.

Got it from a dealer so it's getting a full service a fresh MOT and a PDI before pick up.

Got it home today at 13.30 :)

Been playing all day - not heading away until Sunday night. I think the sales man has me confused..

    Truma heating thingy...

One click up 40degrees with water symbol - two clicks 60degrees with water symbol - so I assume that only heats water at different temperatures on electric?

One click down - flame symbol - heating? on gas

two clicks down flame and water symbol - heating and water on gas?

    (thermostat in middle for heating)

Found the manual online, I don't have electric water heating.

    Summer and winter selection.

And you don't have that clutch judder you were worried about in an earlier post - because it's a JTD earlier model and not an M-jet later model !!

Enjoy your motorhome and the freedom it brings .... at least it will help you get away from the thugs (of both types) that plague your beautiful island

Was told it was a 2.3 also, it's a 2.8, it pulls really well although still practically empty :)
