Just had a quick look, will read it more thoroughly later.

So you're one of the "crazies" who travel in Southern Spain in July . Hats off to you for coping with the heat!!!

I must admit it was too much when we went inland to Seville but the coastal breeze made for a comfortable temperature for sleeping. It does reduce the length of our cycle rides though :cycle::cycle::cycle:

A good read. So August must have been back to the UK to buy the new MH? Looking forward to the next episode! :)

It was, I didn't want to jinx it by getting too excited. Although it wouldn't have been too much of a heartbreak if we'd had to stick with Herman for longer as he was a great van. Glynn was keen to go a bit smaller and no tag axle as we plan on doing Scandinavia etc. (y)

A fantastic blog with great photos and a very detailed account of your travels.
We are also on the road-having been full timing for over 20 years.Even though we now mainly concentrate on Spain in the Winter and Germany in the Summer.
Keep up the good blog.

I can't help with that as we leave the Motorhome and escape to Goa every winter but there are many in the forum who are very experienced in this area. If you get no response post a new query on the forum.
Got to agree with you that Goa is a fantastic place to spend a winter if you can find decent accommodation at a reasonable cost, we did a few winters there ourselves but 30deg. Overnight and 35deg.during the day does take its toll tho’, we stayed in the Calangute area at Maddo Vaddo and we loved it, But oh, that flying time...... just sayin....
