ACSI delivery method (1 Viewer)

Could someone please tell me how the ACSI books are delivered in the UK if ordered direct from ACSI in the Netherlands? Do Royal Mail do the final delivery, or a courier?

I ordered 20th December not heard a thing I believe im 1 of many disgruntled funstars also they state 2/3 week delivery once they have text you to say its been dispatched. went to the caravan club stand today at the Manchester show and bought one there £14.50 or try vicarious books they are uk stockists avoid buying from acsi direct hope this helps
