Just had a nightmare journey (by car), northwards from Norfolk, traffic started at Kings Lynn and was slow all the way to the AI, loads of roadworks and speed restrictions came to a complete halt several times , but there was no reason, just slow/volume of traffic, does my 'ead in, road signs are warning of delays on the A66 westwards as well, reach for the headache pills!.
Any been along the A66 westwards in the last few days to tell me of any traffic hold ups?

It will be the volume of holiday traffic I suppose, plus any rain always slows things down.

Annoying thing is brilliant sunshine this morning in Norfolk, raining now at Scotch Corner, great.
