My wife and her sister flew to Ibiza today for their first ever holiday together, got a phone call this evening to say that Kim, the wife's sisters daughter in law had passed away from cancer, after fighting it for a year, not even 50 yet., now trying to see if the holiday company can get them on a flight home ASAP.
As if that weren't enough, my elder and only brother who is suffering from advanced lung cancer, has just found out that he also has a tumour on his kidney that they "forgot" to tell him about,
I don't think it can get any worse, !

I'm looking forward to making it through 2016 unscathed, too much bad news in 2016 for my liking.

Sorry to hear of your bad news too. Best of luck. Griff

So sorry to hear such devastating news.... all I can do is wish you the very best which of course we all do.

It's a shame the goveners of this world can't take on the vile disease instead of fighting each other..

Wife and her sister unable to get a flight for a few days, so they are staying on as planned, I have taken myself off on my own to escape it all, to a static caravan on a site near Flamborough, brought plenty of wine !
