    Hi funsters,

I just had to share this experience.

The best motorhoming experience I have ever had.

What exactly was the maximum height allowed through the tunnels and into the Camping Smeraldo site?

    Incredible journey

    Thanks guys for the comments,,,

Callum the max height was 3.2 meters and the width was 1.5.

Today is a feast day in Italy so it's now very busy but it truly is breath taking.

I hope some of you find your way here.

    Width...

I know the width seems odd but when we asked the site they said, "no problemo"

To enter the site from the tunnel requires two manoeuvres. Exciting and worth every minute.

The van can be seen at http://www.frankhanna.com/#sectionA_answer_4

    Thanks for the interest.

    Hi Frank

We should have followed you, we are now back in Todmorden and for the first time in eight months I have had to dig out my generator due to total lack of sunshine

What a great blog. I aspire to hit the south of France in the next year or so. This will be part of my planning references.

    Many Thanks
