"A real motorhome"? What a ridiculous pile of crud! Fine if you plan to stay in one place but I guarantee it is overweight, probably about twelve Tonnes on a 7.5 Tonne chassis with all that extra steelwork and timber. £ methods of heating water and a roof terrace with bathtub? Really? And after all that its built on an ancient Bedford TM, even Fred Flintstone sidestepped the TM in favour of a foot powered stone car!

All I can say is that if that's "road legal" in NZ then they must have very lax C&U rules.

How it would hold up on the road would be interesting to see. But enjoyed that, some clever engineering in that bus (y)

George Clark featured it on one of the Amazing Spaces programmes back end of last year. Not sure the Caravan Club wardens would be very happy with that on site LOL.

Agreed, and very innovative. What a pity more people cant step out of the mould of modern very expensive crud, and let their creative sides prosper. We seem to be fast approaching the point of ultimate conformity, where only new and sparkly stuff is acceptable to the blinkered ones. Good on the guy who built it!
The MK/TK was a great truck, maybe not as good as the RL, but hey, it was diesel after all. (y)(y)(y)
